Annette is passionate about the effective and sustainable, personal and economic development of people especially in the Southeast Queens Community.

Michael Duncan is an engaging community leader, motivating the community to be agents of positive change. He is the successful Co-owner of the Jamaica Breeze Restaurant in Laurelton, Queens, NY; Co-Owner of J & P Runway Café at JFK Airport; the founder of the Federation of African, Caribbean and America Organization (FACAO) a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is community development; as well as the Restaurant Organization Corporation (ROC), where general consumers and restaurants specializing in Caribbean and African cuisine are able to purchase their cultural ingredients.
Michael holds a bachelor in Accounting from Baruch College.
